I don't know how difficult it would be do do, but maybe there should be a sticky with links to all the Amiga ports in one place for EAB noobs like me? Just a thought. Thanks for all the information. I will hunt these down !

I would also add an Arcade Ports column with Rygar (actually in progress but coming out good) :)

DamienD 22 December 2016 00:01

Yeah maybe but...

...I don't really think it's a good idea to be adding in any ports that are still work in progress e.g:

a) Enduro Racer
b) Starquake

Let's wait until they're completed ;)

Perfect meynaf; you even used the same format making my job easy ;)

Added to the first post.

Given the latest Atari ST port from master "meynaf", I've updated the 1st post with relevant details and also the above pack to include "Arctic Moves" :great

Finally, I've also added details of NovaCoder's awesome "DOTT" & "ScummVM" work to the 1st post ;)

I guess I should also add all the "Bignonia" C64 conversion as well:

http://hol.abime.net/hol_search.php?...developer=1155

You know I've never played those, just from the screenshots they appear to be solid ports!

Are they complete and not betas / work-in-progress?

Also as I'm being lazy, you'll need to PM me details like:

a) port from what computer / console / machine.
b) the EAB thread.
c) etc.

earok 04 March 2017 16:09

I'll have an arcade port (though it's closest in spirit to the Playstation edition) to add to the list.. soon ;)

Sounds friggin' awesome, can't wait ;)

I am an arcade junkie at heart, trying to think what this game you're porting could possibly be...

From what you've said though a very rough guess would be Raiden / Raiden II / Raiden DX but that would be too much... I'd have a heart-attack :lol

earok 04 March 2017 22:13

Aaah no not that awesome sadly (I wouldn't mind seeing if the Atari STE Raiden that's in progress can be ported to AGA though). It's a LaserDisc port.

earok 05 March 2017 00:14

Out of curiosity, why are these Bignonia games considered to be C64 ports as opposed to arcade ones? (Did they reverse engineer the C64 versions etc?)

Starblade?

Nothing that advanced - it's a Dragon's Lair clone, but one that's never been ported to the Amiga before.

Edit: If anyone wants a copy of the "release candidate 1" edition, I'll PM them with the download links. Requirements are:

- CD32, or
- KS 2.0, 2MB Chipram (MAY work in 1mb if you have very little running in the background), 68020, 450mb hard drive space (OR 2x speed CD-ROM)

Commodore 64 port:

Super Gridder [Cryptoburners]: HOL
