EAB/Lemon Super League 2011: Round 4 Game Vote
EAB/Lemon Super League 2011: Round 4 Game Vote (Special Round - PD Games) Starts: 00:01 March 6 Finishes: 23:59 March 19 Rules Full rules are here. Vote for five games. Your first choice gets 5 points, second 4 pts, third 3 pts, fourth 2 pts, fifth 1 pt. This is the vote for the first special round of the season. When voting you can only choose games that are listed as either Public Domain, Freeware, Shareware, Coverdisk full games, Promotional, or even hidden games. Basically anything considered non-commercial. The two games with the most votes will be played. If you are in doubt about a games status, ask in the thread before you vote, or contact a Moderator. It will be sorted out before the end of voting. Remember to choose games suitable for competition play. Edited votes will be discounted (unless told otherwise) so think before you post. Please only vote on one board - either EAB or Lemon. If a game comes in ECS and AGA versions, please state your preference in your vote. In the event the versions differ gameplay-wise, the version with most votes will be played. ECS is the default if you don't specify. The winner of Round 3 will have their vote doubled for Round 4 (i.e. 1st place = 10 pts, 2nd = 8 pts etc). Tactical or nosey voters can see the Lemon voting thread here. The following games have already been played, so you cannot vote for them: (PD games marked in red) 2011 Season R01: Dune II R02: Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge R03: Magic Pockets 2010 Season R01: Apidya R02: Lotus Turbo Challenge 2 R03: Qwak R04: Tetris Pro R04: Atom Smasher R05: Project-X Special Edition R06: Nitro R07: Assassin Special Edition R08: Pinball Illusions R08: Virocop R09: Skidmarks R10: Super Hang-On R11: Uridium 2 R12: Gods R12: Globdule R13: Pac-Mania R14: Fire & Ice 2009 Season R01: Superfrog R02: Arcade Pool R03: Deluxe Galaga R03: Super Obliteration R04: Rodland R05: Roadkill R06: MegaBall 4 R07: Rainbow Islands R07: Parasol Stars R08: Mean Arenas R09: All Terrain Racing R10: Slam Tilt R11: War Zone R11: Wizkid R12: Super Cars II 2008 Season R01: Super Stardust R02: Pinball Fantasies R03: Deluxe Pacman R03: Jump 'n' Roll R04: SWIV R05: The Chaos Engine R06: Turrican R07: Alien Breed R07: Alien Breed 2 R08: Lotus III R09: P.P. I know Transplant but how do you think a competition would look like? There is no highscore, just credits. You can play infinity (after level 99 you start from begining with all credits/weapon/...).

1. Babeanoid 2
2. Cybernetix 3. Poing 4. WBSteroids 5. MineRunner P.S. I think you should somehow highlight or mark PD games which were played in the previous seasons (I am thinking about the list that is in your first post of the thread. |

I don't know where to ask this, so I hope here is ok? How about a highscore from a demo of a game.. Like the AF Chaos engine 3am mix?

Ok, here is a revised list:
1. Dr. Mario 2. Alien Bash 2 3. Fourmaze 4. Pod 5. Amiga Lazer Zone What is with playable demos for which no complete game exists? It would be nice if ACSYS could be included next time! |

I'm not too convinced by demos full stop. By their very nature they are limited and I wouldn't be too sure of their usefulness in a competition like this one. However we'll give it some consideration - it's not really come up before.
-- So the voting is now over and here's how it currently stands... 1. Llamatron - 22 2. Alien Fish Finger - 15 3. Drip - 13 4. Alien Bash 2 - 12 5. Pod - 11 Total voters: 13 - Total games voted for: 36 So Llamatron definitely qualifies but any of the next four could still claim the second spot for the next round. |
