Exclamation SOLD-For Sale: Slimline CD-ROM kit

For Sale: Slimline CD-ROM kit

Bit of an oddity here. Basically it was meant for an A1200 modification project (inspired by these threads: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=10246 & http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=11736 ) the idea was to install a CD drive in a desktop A1200 case... I'm sure there are more sane uses for it, however. Includes cable, metal cradle, fixing screws and an adapter.

Obviously I have never used it and can't tell you if it works or not, or even how to put it together (this is for pro hardware-modders/PC builders only!). UK postage would be £2.71. Airmail would be £4.19 to Europe, and £7.26 to the rest of the world.

Any offers? I accept cheques, paypal etc...

(If a mod wants this thread destroyed because it's not really amiga-related then please accept my apologies).

OF course it Amiga related

How else would you fit a cd-rom in a standard 1200 case ?

I think the Barry The Blade could fit it in his "hacked" 1200 because of the additional space created under his "Frankestien" pc keyboard add-on
