Question Could some one please Zone Lightwave 5.0r install?

It's been on there before according to a search. Lightwave 5.0r and the CD version.

I am building a REAL A4000 with 68060 and PicassoIV and the version of Lightwave 5.0 I have is NOT an installed version but a copied over version and is missing files.

I've spoken with reps at Newtek and they don't have an official opinion on no-longer supported software. I've been a beta tester and professional user of their software for nearly 24 years.

Thanks!

If it was there then you can find it at the EAB File server.
--> File server search (limit search to The Zone)
--> How to access the fileserver?

http://www.grandis.nu:81/eabsearch/s...de=&limit=1000
This is was on The Zone, I think you want the third file.

Do you have the custom arexx scripts working with your install of 5.0r. I can't seem to get the center function to work nor any other arexx scripts for that matter. It just holds up modeler. could you help

Could it be a configuration problem with WinEAE? Could someone up load a winuae config file that works with lightwave?
Thanks

Do you have Arexx running? Rexxmast? Add it to your user-startup or WBStartup.

the problem with the modeler has been found - just in case someone will find this thread in the future.

btw. regarding the lw50r pack - with enough ram - increase the value of "Segment Memory" in Camera tab - this will decrease rendering time.
a 64 bit version of the emulator will be a bit faster aswell.
