Thanks Right now we focus on the mobile release and our new Kickstarter campaign. But original Versions that run on a modern pc/mac are planned and not so far away.

Brilliantly??? Monkey Island Enhanced was HORRIBLE, Guybrush looked stupid and moved stupid. I don't know what's brilliant in that remake.

you can play android version on pc using bluestacks
and codewheel is required to calculate right amount of fuel to fly to a destination, otherwise you'll just crash in the ocean and game over... |

I don't get it. It's not like it's a cow magically appearing from air and pissing money from its tits.
Wheter it's completely alike the original one or not, to port a content on a different carrier it's a work in itself, little, big, no matter. I doubt they expect to become rich from that, what's the harm in doing it? |

At what point did anyone say there was any harm in doing anything.
This is "advertised" as a remake, but let's be honest it is not a remake. It's a port and probably uses some kind of emulation core (Although I am not saying it is, it could be rewritten from scratch!). Yes it does involve some work, but surely these people that are doing this could easily write something new and fresh, or at the very least improve in some area's (Still needing the copy protection code wheel to work out fuel. Emulated wheel or not, it's ridiculous. Surely removing this and doing something else would benefit! It's half-assed and lazy) My point is all these old companies (Bitmap Brothers etc) are content in just rereleasing what they have already released without actually improving anything. There's always going to be some backlash and opinion (This is MY opinion and I am entitled to have it, and to air it on a public forum about games!). |

if it is an emulated Amiga game, we can expect all Cinemaware releases soon on Android, however as said here not really interesting for Amiga freaks who have the originals and can use WinUAE on Android with the adf's at hand. Only if they could make it with upgraded HD gfx, that would be really cool and an instant buy for me!

I doubt that it's about highly remunerative work, and I believe there are many people who have never played such cows... such games at all and would not if not for the different platform. I know new is good, but I don't believe that's so easy "to do something new [and good]". |

They're not doing this for the fun of it. It's for money pure and simple. I have nothing against these people making money from their own property etc, I do however think it is very lazy to just rehash a 20 odd year old game. Yes it'll be sold for a couple of quid, but the motivation is money. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't have some ridiculous in-app purchases
