No !

Ever heard of British Summer Time ?

GMT was 7:22 when you saw that message, hence all times are GMT + 1 hour.

I'm 3 hours behind GMT, but right now I am 4 hours behind you because you are on BST.

If you don't believe me go to the centre of time (Greenwich) here and look at what it tells you the time is - it should be 1 hour behind cause it gives you GMT time.
