TF330 firmware update help

I really need to get my TF330 updated. Its still on revision 1 and I want to get it updated to make use of that extra sweet speed but the question is how?

I was previously pointed in the direction of using a Raspberry pi so I went and bought one along with jumper wires but that's as far as I got and considering I've never actually used a Pi (still haven't used the one I bought) I'm a little reluctant to jump in trying to flash the 330 as I really don't want to brick it.

I understand there is a youtube tutorial done by Terrible Fire showing how to do this but I can't find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Or whats the odds someone would be willing to do this for me?

It's fairly simple, I managed to do it myself on a TF530

Important to note when you are setting up the jumper wires, if you are using a Pi 3b DO NOT SHORT THE 5v and 3,3v PINS! You will brick the Pi (learned this the hard way)
