Smooth Scroll Text KS1.3

Hello all,

This might not be a WinUAE related issue (usually it turns out the program is emulating accurately) but I do not have an A500 around to check this. When I emulate Amiga Power Coverdisk Amiga Power #40 (1994)(Future Publishing)(GB)(Disk 2 of 2)[Aug 1994], the menu scroll text is jerky when I move the mouse. It works perfectly using KS3.0.

Can someone please check if this is the case with original hardware? It seems crappy and I am surprised that the menu could not handle smooth scroll text and mouse movement.

Thanks

To be clear this occurs with Quickstart A500 rather than KS1.3. Increasing CPU speed seems to resolve it, but I am wondering if this should be the case...

i only can use emulators and my eyes are not the best to make a good judgement,
but the flicker is visible.
someone with real hardware should make a test and report back.
there is still a chance of bad code of the scroller routine.
