Elbox FastATA MK V - Warranty Repair
Hello all,
I am writing you for an advice. I recently (about 3 months ago) bought a FastATA MKV but unfortunately for some reasons a few days ago the fuse on the card has blown. Since then, no IDE peripherals work anymore (the ROMs are still detected, though). I wrote the dealer (Retroami) I bought the card from to request the procedure to follow in order to have the card repaired and they told me to contact directly the producer (Elbox). So, I wrote them, but I haven't received any reply yet. I am not sure I wrote to the right address (order@elbox.com), does anyone know what should I do in order to have my card repaired? Thanks in advance to anyone will be able to give me some advice.

Normally the dealer should take care of all that. Since Elbox have not replied, I would go back to the dealer and have them sort it out.
