Unfinished / Unreleased CD32 titles
Edit: The latest version of AmigaJay's much more comprehensive list is here: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=81258
It'd be awesome if any of these could be dug up somehow I know I'm missing a lot here, let me know what should be on the list. Unofficial release exists on CD32 (as a primary release, not as a compilation per se) Big Red Adventure Flight of the Amazon Queen. I didn't get a response back from John Passfield asking about this. The AGA edition would be equally interesting. Inherit the Earth (Available version has been described as a 'beta', despite being fully playable) Mutant League Ice Hockey Though Galahad's released the AGA edition which is CD32 compatible anyway, I wonder if there's a CD32 specific build out there Ruff N Tumble Super Street Fighter 2: The New Challengers Was reviewed? Tiny Troops Uridium 2 Watchtower Xtreme Racing Released on other Amiga platforms, yet to receive unofficial port BloodNet Cannon Fodder II Desert Strike Dream Web Jurassic Park. One of the developers may have a backup copy, but no way to read his disks (which may have disk rott anyway) Looks like this has been lost to the void Kick Off 3 Master Axe No Second Prize Pinkie Prawo Krwi Simon the Sorcerer 2 Street Racer TFX ! Should this go into the "unfinished version" category? Tower of Souls Virtual Karting Unfinished version available on Amiga Baldie Only the beta of this for Amiga has been found. The Big Engine I recall some of the assets for this have been discovered but not enough to make a playable build? Extractors (Diggers 2) This one actually got reviewed in CD32 gamer. I recall there's an Amiga Beta version floating around, I'm unsure how finished it is though. Released on non-Amiga platforms Bazooka Sue Cyberwar Evasive Action Lost Eden Inferno Mega Race EAB user retrosale claimed to have a non-working beta of this, however he hasn't been heard from in years. Novastorm Seventh Sword of Mendor UFO 2 World Cup Golf Unreleased on any platform [ Show youtube player ] Boo Pussies Galore Space Academy [ Show youtube player ] X-Fighter This was actually reviewed, so presumably this was at least finished Last edited by earok; 22 January 2016 at 23:25. |

funnily enough i was knocking up a list a week ago for unreleased CD32 games, i'll post the list later if i remember, but yeah it was a start of list to determine what games were finished, mastered and never went to press, what games were just rumours etc
I'd love CD32 amiga only games to get leaked someday, even naff games like Mega race would be awesome now to see up and running! |

Thanks guys I've updated the list.
So what, if anything, could be done about Jurassic Park? Maybe someone who specialises with data preservation/recovery could look at Robert's disks, presuming he's willing to part with them? |

I could then hand it over to Psygore who can piss about with the RNC loader and get it all working. |

But I'm guessing since there was no mention of an AGA version it would be a A500 port, and going by the previous Turrican ports to CDTV no CD audio was likely either just a straight port probably. Yeah that was the case for a few of the above, we need to sort out what games were; Just Rumoured Announced but not started coding Started but no playable code Playable alpha but nothing worth persuing. Beta stage but missing levels etc Finished but never went gold Last edited by Amigajay; 02 January 2016 at 14:17. |

Uridium 2 was also going to get a CD32 release and it was finished, but Andrew Braybrook couldnt find anyone that would publish it.

I know for a fact they abandoned plans for it, because Binary Emotions were looking into publishing it, Andrew even sent us the CD32 version, but it was decided in the end it was too big a financial risk to attempt it. |

How about 'Sixth Sense Investigations' ?
Hall of Light (http://hol.abime.net/1955) says CD32 (yet they don't have a Disc Scan) but my disc (which I sent away for and got at little/no cost) does not even have workbench files. OR 'Nightlong: Union City Conspiracy' ? (http://hol.abime.net/977) 3 Discs though --- Are there any CD32 titles on more than 1 ? Last edited by Nobby_UK; 02 January 2016 at 15:58. |
