Wings missions out of sync

I just realized my Wings missions are out of sync ie. the diary describes the mission which does NOT correspond with the pre-flight mission briefing screen and the mission itself.

For example, if the diary says I'm to escort a bomber, in the very mission, there is no bomber, it's a different mission.

These problems started to show up after I got BOLT error message (could not read BOLT group of files).

Is there a fix for this or have I just wasted my time playing all those missions?

Which version (ADF, IPF or WHDLoad)[in case of ADF exact names and even better checksums] have you used? Did you take a screenshot of that 'BOLT' error message?

Didn't take the screenshots (I was playing it on TV). The error was basically about not being able to read/load BOLT group of files. Afterwards, it offered me emergency save so I could save my progress. And later on everything seemed fine untill I noticed out of sync missions. I got this BOLT error twice so far.

Probably broken disk and/or corrupted save game.
