"Skoczny Jacuś" entry gone from HOL?

Hello. Like in topic. I was 100% sure that game was in database because it was published in Poland. Can anyone confirm what happend? I'm wrote this because I want to ask StringRay to public his slave to this game. So some entry should be nice and I cannot determine game publisher name or developer team name. If was any ofcourse. I got that game long time ago from AdamZeku on one thread at http://emulacja.net forum.

There was no entry in HOL before. If you could upload an ADF or HD version of it to the zone or HOL FTP we'll of course create the entry

Ok. I uploaded beta version of StingRay's slave with temporary icon from other game and needed original adf image in Disk.1 file, at my web hosting on url: http://olesio.eu/skocznyjacus.zip - this is a better way - in my opinion - if someone can upload file to stable hosting, because links in The Zone - as far as I remember will gone after week or two.

"Hd install" needs to be changed to "No", game is NDOS.
