scsi emulation configuration problem

Hello, i want to restore my old DAT Tapes and therefore i tried to get it to work under the emulated amiga but with no success at the moment - i tried different SCSI controllers on the pc side Tekram DC315U und Adaptec 2940UW - on Win XP all works Perfect the Tape is there - i tried in the misc options SCSI EMULATION and SPTI but it doesend work aspi is not listet but i think i saw this by a friend where it worked...ASPI 4.6 is installed on the PC side ...

I am not sure if tape drives have been confirmed working yet but SPTI + SCSI SCAN option should detect it. Check and attach winuaelog.txt. (boot with scsi option set, quit emulation, check log)

at my friends pc it worked fine the DAT was translated to the uaescsi.device , i lent the tekram scsi from him because i thougt it will work then but it didn´t - at his WinUAE i remember in the "Miscellaneous" Option was standing Adaptec emulation with the TEKRAM Controller !! ps my win UAE is 2.51 his was older mybe 2.2 ..

so i was able to visit my friend - he had ASPI 4.71.2 installed and at home i have only 4.6 - so i updated the files to this version but still it does not work...
any idea ?

I would not bother with ASPI too much, it has been obsolete for ages.
