Hard to help with the amount of information you've provided mate. What exactly is it doing?

it does require a driver disk.

remove the card and boot the harddisk and have a look in libs there should be a file called 68040.library add .old on the end and save it should do exactly as it does from floppy then install the libs for that card and install the cpu60 command in c: adding the line c:cpu60 b

and reboot, ill have look for the driver disk.

ive uploaded the files to the zone and all you have to do is copy them to the drawers on your drive with the same name(youll see what i mean when youve worked out how to access the zone)

try to edit the cpu60 command to C:CPU60 W

the strange part is i remember a specific driver disk just for this lc model of this card(with no fpu)with librarys to stop it looking for an fpu.i think it was a special 68060.library.(not sure though)

i'll have a look and see if theres been any info on it.

another soluton would be to remove the cpu(it should be in a socket) and replace it with a full one with a mmu and fpu.(this would probably be easier to get than the disk)

it looks like its your lucky day!

i opened a thread on amibay to look for the driver disk for this specific card(1260LC),and found it!

i'll upload it to the zone and archive it on my system,if i see any more asking abourt this card i'll have the answer.
