Very special Kick-Off 2 version

Hello, I am searching for a disk image of a very special Kick-Off 2 version.

- World Cup 90
- german player names
- after touch control
- NO "Penalty Box Dribbling"

I did find the WC90 disk already but with english player names and that´s not what I am looking for. The german names were so funny

I have 2 German versions of KO2
Version 1:
Cracked by Starflight in1990, has German teams and when I click on special events it has WORLDCUP & ANDERE SPIELE
http://flashtro.com/page.php?id=3004

Version 2:
Cracked by Tarkus Team in1991, has German teams and when I click on special events it says SPECIAL EVENTS IN LAUFWERK A EINLEGEN
http://flashtro.com/page.php?id=3020

do you remember which cracktro was on the front of the disk? was it any of these 2?

Both are crappy (read: non-working) cracks! All checksum checks are still intact and will crash the game "randomly".

No problem, I've also posted this info in the "The Bad cracks / 100% working games" thread for future reference.

Thank you musashi9, the ko2G-German.adf seems to be the version I was looking for.

The problem I didn´t want to tell in the first instance is that I tried to make a rawread of both my Goal! and Kick Off original disks some weeks ago. I read on the web that this could work. It didn´t and for a reason I don´t know, all disks are destroyed now.

These have been the most important games in my life. I am like the most unhappy person alive now. At least I have a working adf of Goal! (but slightly other version) that I am working on in my project, and a crappy crack of Kick Off is better than nothing, but somehow I don´t really feel better now.

Oh misery

Say StingRay, do you have a virus free bootblock of Goal! ? That could really boost my Goal! project.

Yeah, the message to Anco cracked me up. Apparently the protection was way harder than he thought. :P

The Black Monks version is also a crappy non-working version, it has the same problem as the 2 other versions Musashi uploaded (checksum checks not disabled -> "random" crashes")

I don´t want to bite the hand that feeds me, but that is one long day! It´s enough to upload the adf of the first GOAL! disk, maybe that´s more comfortable for you.

Sorry, I've been quite busy the last days so forgot about it. Bootblock now in The Zone for you.

Thank you StingRay, I appreciate that you spend your time on my project.

Well, but I have problems installing it now. I expected to get the ".bootblock" file like from DinoDiniFileSystem. I somewhat cannot rename the Goal_Boot.txt to .bootblock and I have no tool that could use the Goal_Boot.txt-file to install it to the disk.

I am such a difficult customer!

You're welcome.

As for writing back the bootblock, if you upload the image of your Goal! disk toThe Zone I'll fix that for you.

Uploaded GOALnewV2.zip to the zone. (Does the second disk have a bootblock? Better to upload all disks I guess)

I have checked your uploaded disks and there is no virus on disk 1, it has the normal Goal! bootblock and boots without problems. Why do you think there's a virus on it?

I checked it with several bootblock-antivirus-programs. Some don´t find a virus, some do or say it is "suspicious". Siegfried-Anti-Virus says it has a "copy-routine" and I think that´s a good quality antivirus.

Next thing is that display of colors after the start. My Goal! disks didn´t do that originally but do now. That´s why I think even more that it has a virus.
