SCART to YPbPr Component?

Hello I'm looking for some advice about getting the optimal display clarity from my A1200.

Currently I'm using the A1200 composite video output plugged
directly into a late model Dell LCD.
The display is "good enough" but it looks much better
on a Commodore monitor using RGB.

The monitor i'm using has inputs for RGB/YPbPr component video,
I'm thinking that I could utilise this by using an Amiga RGB to SCART cable,
then a SCART to YPbPr converter.

Would I see enough improvement to make it worth while?

In future would most likely go for an Indivision2.

Thanks

Composite video is *much* worse than RGB/YPbPr, and RGB is better than YPbPr if you use a very good quality cable (with shielded connections inside etc.), and not for example a non-shielded low-quality SCART cable.

So the answer is: yes, you should go for RGB connection, using a good quality fully shielded cable .
