Need a fluent scroll in WB dirs
Is there a little program that will make my scrolling in Workbench dirs fluent instead of this stop mouse and see what shows up thing?
Thanks. Volt. |

I think I have seen it on WB 3.0 and 3.1 also but could be wrong there.
Bloodwych has integrated it in his Workbench builds if I remember right. Volt. |

I think this enhancement in the ClassicWB packs is down to ScalOS.

To get around this problem temporarily without installing any new software, you could always capture full directory listings by redirecting the output to a file, e.g.,
List DF0: ALL > DH0:FloppyDir.txt and then browse the listing by opening the text file in Ed or similar. |

IMHO the best advice is to use a Filemanager like DOpus instead of using workbench windows. Much more comfortable and so on...
