LAlt-Esc key combo problem

I've been using 2010 and I downloaded the latest beta and noticed a little problem and was wondering if there was a setting that would deal with this. When I hit the key combo of LAlt-Esc inside the emulation I get the action I want but my Amiga screen is minimized and I'm back looking at the Desk Top. It's not a problem to click on the appropriate task bar button to get the Amiga back, it's just annoying because I use the key combo a lot. I'm using a full screen.
