Doom of Amiga 1200 keyb. ribbon cable!
It's horrible!
The green thing, it hunts me in my dreams. ![]() Well well... The end of the flat cable got destroyed, so I used a scissor to cut off like 1cm, so I could peel off the layer to make some newly fresh pins on the flat cable! However, when you peel off the green layer, there's still a layer on the "pins"... I tried to use a knife to peel it off, kind of worked, but I lost contact with many keys when I plugged it in... Any known solution to cut the ribbon cable to make a fresh new tip? ![]() (PS: The keybord conn. socket is fine, the issue here is the ribbon cable) |
