Pwr-Tower Bootup Problem

Hello People.

i am in need of some serious input !!

first thing my setup,
pwr-tower, fitted a "new" mb rev 2b,i had all the caps replaced due to its age & lack of use ( precautionary measure)

fastata111, this has been sent to elbox to be checked out,100%
a new gayle adaptor supplied foc.(just in case)

bppc 603e 160/60/50, 256mb ram fully working,
set at,no maprom, ram 70ns

mediator 1200sx
cards,voodoo banshee, sb128, fast ethernet,

new sandisk extreme111 30mbs 4gig cf card, plus cable & adapt

maxtransferer = 0x1fe00
partioned, 200mb w/bench, work 1.9g, internet 1.4g, games 270mb,

2 x dvd+rw`s drives, std floppy drive, pwr computing xl drive,

new 350w atx pwr supply & pwr switch,

new 3.1 roms, running os3.5 + both boing bags.

i have read all posts refering to this problem that others are having, but cannot find a solution,

cold boot, it refuses to boot into wb,i have to do a warm reset then it will boot ok,

i have done just a minimal install, using the latest phase5 060 libs,
to try and work out where the problem might be,
next inst the bppc fix, and commands in ss, still the same,

inst cyberpatcher, into wb-startup
makes no differance,

it will, for no reason suddenly reboot itself ??
and occasionaly, it will cut the atx pwr supply off ??

i had similar probs when i was using 3.5" ide hd`s
hence the reason for switching to a cf card
wierd 1 this,

i dont know what else to try now,
any help would be more than apprieciated.

Whats it do with just the board on its own?

Then start adding bits 1 by 1. Something your connecting is obviously causing your problem, as those boards have been fully tested and run for over 4+ hours each.

nothing to do with the mb`s you have just done

i have been having this problem now for a few months?
even before i came to you in april
( i threw my last 3.5" hd in your bin )
i was hoping that fitting 1 of the new mb`s might cure it
