Using TSGUI to write ADF's

Hi All,

Can someone please tell me the steps to copy an ADF to a CF disk in WinUAE, then plug the CF in to a real Amiga and write the ADF to a floppy (I'm trying to use TSGUI).
I assume this is possible?
