My 3000 won't boot !

It was working fine a few weeks ago, but yesterday, would not boot. I get a power light & the cooling fan runs, but that's it - no video display at all, no HD light & no sound from the HD. I had bought and installed upgraded ROMs a long time ago, but put the original ROMs back in, as some older programs would not run. Yesterday, I found a loose pin on ROM 0, so I replaced both the original ROMs with the upgraded ROMs, but I'm not sure that I got them installed correctly. They install using a small board that is marked, "A3000 ROM Tower Rev1" and install in ROM sockets U182 & U183. The board can be rotated 180 degrees and since I don't have the instructions, I'm not sure of the correct installation, or if any other hardware adjustment was necessary, i.e. a jumper.

Does anyone have the instructions for installing these upgraded ROMs? I assume that it upgraded Kickstart, but I don't remember, sorry. If these ROMs are installed correctly, then I will be looking for help to troubleshoot why my Amiga won't boot.
