Hi everybody,

I am after Ami Write (from year 1992).

I have a six disk version already, but it has 7 disks in orinial.

Maybe somebody could help?

According to the info I have, there were only ever 6 disks not 7 ???

Did you obtain the disks from an Amiga pack 'cause this is where the extra disk may of come from, thrown in as an extra, maybe.

Known disks
Disk 1 - Program
Disk 2 - Install
Disk 3 - Fonts 1
Disk 4 - Fonts 2
Disk 5 - Extras
Disk 6 - Dictionary

Wonder what the seventh was and what was on it?????

Disk 7 is Thes (Thesaurus).

All references to Ami Writer 1992 relates to disk x of 6 (x being the number of the disk.

I wonder whether this was an additional disk for it but did not come with the original set. Maybe an update after it was first released.

Yeah I could but the blinking site is down and I can't check for the file or maybe it has been shut down for illegal distribution of workbench disks and system Roms, we'll never know. I'll check it out later 'n' see if it's back on-line and if it's not back within a week, then I'll presume it has been closed down, for good.
