Descent - and other nineties Amiga ports
I was checking out some of my rtg Amiga ports like Quake, Duke Nukem and Descent last night and was diappointed to find that as far as I can tell Duke Nukem works faster in AGA than on my Voodoo, and more importantly for me, Descent`s WarpUp version runs brilliantly, very smooth and fast, but enemy fire, and power-ups are displayed as solid black, as if the game has run out of colours.
Anybody know if there is a fix for that - apart from running in AGA? I've got an 060 1200 Mediator/Voodoo system by the way. |
