How do i make a games list?

Hi guys, I hope you can help me with a query i have. On my HD i have quite a collection of amiga adfs and i would like to create a games list of them in alphabetical order and print them out to a hard copy to nosey thru when im not on my comp e.g.

Another World
Apb
Apidya
ATR

etc etc,

Of course to type them myself would take a LONG time so does anyone know of a decent program/utility that will make a list of my directory in simple listin format? ta very much

...even better is:

Code:
dir *.* /b > C:\filename.txt *** if they are only in one directory ***
dir *.* /b /s > C:\filename.txt *** if they are in multiple / sub directories ***
the /B uses bare format i.e. no heading information or summary

just open the text file with any text editor and do a find and replace and replace
.zip with nothing.

If you're going to edit the file list.txt manually, you might as well do a global replace of .zip with nothing to wipe out the extensions and avoid renaming all your zip files!

Definitely do the find and replace as Belgarath and Codetapper suggest.

Remember that renaming * to *.zip is not the exact opposite of the first operation. It may well rename other files that weren't .zip files in the first place!
