Question to conciertoIV owners...

do you notice degraded paula audio when u have the speakers on the conciertoIV ? on mine, there is a noticable audio quality decrease, is this normal????

I may have. However you'll have to provide some more info on your setup for me to reproduce it.

What is plugged into where?

And what are the setting of the PIV mixer application?

I normally just have one 3.5" jack connected to the Picasso sound output going to an Amplifier.

ok, more info???? if I get the paula sound it sounds better coming from pIV directly than on concierto... I am not sure of the mixer, maybe it is set too high... good one Alexh , gonna check back home!

There is a Paula Audio setting on the PIV early boot up menu under Concierto.

"Amiga Audio Signal Volume" and by default it is 50%

Might be of some use, perhaps if set too high it causes distortion?

mine was set to 80% !!!
I reverted to ~50% (default is 100%) and now sound is OK.... thanks!
