Exploding Fist 2 for the Amiga

So, I got the idea that it would be great if the old c64 hit Fist2 would be ported to the Amiga. Of course, it would have better graphics, better sound, would be more varied and more large etc.
There already is Amiga remake of it's predecessor, The Way of Exploding Fist, made by I.Andrews 1998. It requires aga and seems to be coded in BlitzBasic, if I'm right ?!
So, anyone there who knows something about him, or that game ?
I'm sure it would be possible to program a nice Amiga remake of Fist 2 in BlitzBasic, too.
I know that there's plenty of different opinions about Fist2.

Still, I hope that my idea would be seriously taken and pondered ;-)

Yes, the ancient C64 classic "Way of the Exploding Fist" was written by an Amiga fan and released onto Aminet (see "lotef"). About FistII, I'm not so sure. This was over hyped by Melbourne House to be even better than the original. It was a scrolling adventure where you would visit various locations, collect scrolls, beat-up baddies along the way etc. BUT, the coders forgot to play test the thing and as a result the game contains many bugs which render the game unplayable at certain points. If someone does a remake for the Amiga, please don't do a lazy port of the original!

I agree, a lazy port of the c64 version wouldn't be enough.
It must be improved.
