Need Link to FAQ Rules

Hi RCK,

Please could you put another link at the top of page called e.g. Rules & Help next to the Wiki link? If you need more space for this extra link, as it's in Quick Links, you could remove the Today's Posts link.

The link 'beginners questions' needs updating so it links to the Amiga FAQ wiki
