DDFS tools, inserting graphics problems

Been using these tools here DDFS tools
Been sucessful in reading the Kick Off 2.adf Also getting to all the pitch, ball, players iff`s.
All I want to do is mess around with this, inserting things.. changing colours so I`m ok with it. But I did a simple change ( changing the ball colour from white to yellow.
I did this change using DPaint within WINUAE. saved it out.. same size etc.. used the tools to pack them all up and make an adf again.. but the ball graphic is just a square mess of pixels.. not sure what I`m to do

anyone help

are the dimensions, file size and everything else exactly the same as in the adf?

If 1 file is too big it might overwrite the ball data slightly!

Apparently these new tools allow for size differences..

Maybe the tools are faulty. If you understand how the structure works you could place the files into the ADF yourself to test.

The most likely problem is some file is overwriting the ball gfx or the offsets are not being set properly!
