Boots to Green screen
My A4000 has just started to boot to a green screen and then continually resets. Can anyone tell what this means and what I can do to fix it.

Green screen at bootup in the amiga 500, 1200 and some others refer to a chip ram problem. As you said it is a 4000, perhaps is referring to another problem, but having the 4000 the same kick (3.0 and 3.1), and being an Amiga i think that it surely is a chip ram problem.
Any lucky 4000 owner on this board can give a hand?. |

Clean the chip ram simm's contacts, reseat the zorro riser.
