Yep
 It´s just called IDE-MAX´97 now and can be ordered for example at http://www.vesalia.de/ It´s exactly the same software but they renamed it

Power Computing gave the CD key away for IDEFix '97 at some point. It is available on one of the Amiga info sites, search amiga.org for the post refering to it as I can't remember.

According to some mail transfer with the author, these "giveaway" of the key was not made by the author himself and so it was not legal to give it away for free
