Who is selling bare pcb or for that matter fully assembled?
I don’t want to order five from a board manufacturer.

I get the feeling the initial production/assembly run is not really publicly announced /shared. But if you're in US, I'm guessing you could probably check with Eric Hill (Amiga Love) and see what he says about boards.
