It is drawn in a picture, you would need to redraw and swap the whole screen, I do not know it if is possible.

The game is written in AMOS, all the files are amos banks or packed pics. I will locate the intro screen pics and try to make new ones. Also Hall of fame.

Okay, I did some research. In fact there are only 8 graphics files that can be altered. Hall of fame, menu screen, installer screens. Unfortunately intro pics are the parts of compiled executable, which can not be decompiled.

There is some green text in the last group of screen shots that needs translating. Those are during cut scene after the final level. Not to incorporate into game, just label for HOL.

Yes, but these are drawn graphics, not written with a code and font. And these graphics screens are part of the compiled main executable file.

Thanks. The first one sounds a little like a victory message. But then it shouldn't appear at the beginning. Anyway you got 3 HOL screenshot credits for helping out.
