Commodore 1940 monitor failure

My luck this year with Amiga hardware is not the one I would like to have. My 1940 failed two days ago. It started by doing what you see in the video, going sloooowly from the distorted image to kind of normal-ish (I didn't leave the whole thing because it was taking 10') although it seemed to have a shaken image even when it looked normal. Two days ago, it failed completely and stayed in the state you see in the photo. Any ideas what died? Capacitors? Something else?

I've just uploaded the Commodore 1940/1942 Service Manual to The Zone!. I've no idea where it came from, but it might be useful.

To access The Zone!, see https://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=26201
