Registered MBench
Hey guys,
been trying to get a hold of the original author of this tool for a while, to no avail. Does anybody have a key for this workbench replacement? I'll apreciate it... |

Hi Akira,
I might be able to help you with this. MBench sounds familiar... I'll have a look through my Amiga archives and let you know. prowler |

Hi Akira,
The author of the MBench Workbench replacement is Mark Hewitt. In case you haven't seen them, for information only, I have uploaded the three MBench archives I have to the Zone: V0.8 BETA RELEASE dated 02-OCT-1996 v1.0 UNREGISTERED dated 04-JUL-1997 v1.1 UNREGISTERED dated 28-SEP-1997 However, I have no KeyFile. The documentation includes the author's email addresses, but they are now hopelessly out of date, as you have probably found. I'm sorry if this is not much help, prowler |

This is the official page of the software.
http://members.tripod.com/~mahewitt/mbench.html I found already 3 mails for this guy, none of them work. Looking on Facebook for Mark Hewitt brings up too many options! |

time to update!
A kind soul has given me version 1.1 cracked, which I still haven't tried yet but should work. I'm still trying to gain contact with the original author. If some people remember, I had an A600 system project in the vein of ClassicWB, and it was based on MBench. now, I can use the cracked version to finish it now that I have free time, but I am afraid it will be pointless to distribute without the possibility to get this software in full version. So I'd like to get to a deal with Mark about this Let me know if anybody has info about him! |

Found year 2010 information on Mark Hewitt, the author of Mbench:
email: m.a.hewitt@staffs.ac.uk Postal Address: The Octagon Staffordshire University Beaconside Stafford Good luck contacting him Update: It seems this is another Mark Hewitt, totally unrelated to Mbench Last edited by gulliver; 10 June 2010 at 04:03. |

OK I found this and uploaded it to The Zone.
It would still be cool to get a hold of the author to get a newer registered version. |
