The Golem
Hi all,
I’ve got a demo of this game on an Amiga Format CD from around 1998 I think. It’s really short and all you can do is explore the first room, that’s it. Anyone got/know where I can get the full version? PZ. |

I'll try and put the files from CD in The Zone tonight.
I'll also include a text file with details like the CD name, in case you need that sort of information to make it run without the cover disk CD it's from. PZ. |

Far too big to allow upload to The Zone I'm afraid...and I couldn't get it to run other than super slowly without using the original AF CD with all it's other extras

Jimbo, where did you get yours?
I'm sure what I have could be made to work by someone who knows what they are doing (unlike me), but I was just wondering PZ. |

Hi there
To be honest, I have no idea where I got it. I have loads of DVD's laying around with Amiga stuff on. When I added them all when I started my FTP it was on one of the DVD's Cheers Jimbo |

Well, I thought by "playable" it meant you could "play" the game, but unfortunatley it's just an advert with the mask/face spinning on the screen.
In the one I've got you can walk the character around a room, pull out some device from the wall and get electrocuted at every exit. I'll try get just the very basic file from the CD to The Zone so hopefully someone that knows better than me can render it playable to somebody PZ. |

Well I just finished compressing the files down and it's still 102mb...far too big for The Zone
I was hoping to make this available to people who could alter the script so it could be run from a different CD or HDD, so if anyone wants it for this purpose let me know and I can email it to you. It's not a personal want from me, as I can play it from my cover CD any time I want...just thought it would be nice if other people could also get the chance PZ. |

Well you could add it to my FTP if you wanted. Theres about 60 users from this forum registered on there.
That way it would always be available. Drop me a PM if interested. |

Well, I stuffed up several attempts to put it on Jimbo's FTP.
Once it's back online I'll try again to get it on there, I think I know what went wrong before, so all should be good this time PZ. |

Cool man, please take off the partial crap I already uploaded...it's no good and anyone that downloads it will just end up frustrated, as I really did stuff it up bigtime.
The good archive will be uploaded as a .zip archive PZ. |
