See ---> http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=24106

I have the same PPC and am thinking of selling it (ppc speed is 160mhz tho) and there is 64mb ram AND a Bvision too. How much could it be worth considering this went for 200Euro?

If it is a board with no SCSI controller, it will most likely go for the same price, maybe 50 EURO more.

It has the SCSI and the Scsi cable

Is the PPC overclocked on the one Hacky sold?

If so is that a good idea?

With SCSI and SCSI cable with suitable adaptor (to 50 or 68 pins cable) it might fetch around 300 EURO.

The PPC is most likely not overclocked, test software often shows various speeds of the 160 MHz PPC CPU (160, 166 or 175 Mhz).

So about £200

Had an offer for £175 so that seems quite good I suppose. If anyone else wants to offer more feel free. If not I'll let it goto the buyer for £175 (this is reserved. IF you want it the offer must be well worth it as I am not letting the buyer down for a few quid more)

Here is what I am after (to replace this)

I need an a1200 outer case and keyboard (not yellowed)
A decent 2.5" HD
A Blizzard 030 accelerator (pref a MKIV) with 32mb ram (If it uses same simms as the PPC then I have a spare 32mb)

and the difference in cash. If not I'll let it goto the buyer for £175

The post office sells small flat-packed boxes similar to those that computer hardware ships in, so one of those with plenty of bubble wrap, and an antistatic bag for the card itself would do the job. I'm pretty sure royal mail offer some kind of international recorded delivery service, there isn't much else you can choose apart from using a courier, and they're generally no better than postal services as far as handling the goods goes. All you can do is ensure that there is plenty of padding and that the box is robust enough to endure being sat on by an overweight postal worker...

Okay I have a box that is big enough and it has a cardboard insert!

I'm going to modify it so that the card sits in the insert and then wrap bubble wrap around it all!

Hopefully that'll do the job
