There are AGA and ECS versions but they don't fit on one disk so it's HD only... assuming you want the full, final version.

You can get them on Aminet:
http://aminet.net/package/game/shoot/DeluxeGalaga_A http://aminet.net/package/game/shoot/DeluxeGalaga_E These are the final versions of the game. |

Hi, I just found an adf image of Deluxe Galaga v2.4, is this the latest version that fits in a single floppy? If not, do you know where i can find a newer version? Thanks

You can find the registered 2.6B version on one disk on the file server (http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=43633) in the folder 'TOSEC\Games\Public Domain\[ADF]'.

yeah, Deluxe Galaga... was always PD, so no box scan or printed labels... (although IMHO i would of paid full price for it)
having said that i think namco would asked for some money maybe this thread could inspire members to create a graphic which could of been the box art? anyway, thanks for the HD versions of the final edition |

This game is actually still payware (or shareware, if ya like).
Edgar M Vigdal has made a windows version called Warblade (which is good, but easier than Galage imo). When you buy Warblade (download only), a registered version of Galaga 2.6C AGA is included in the package. LINK Having played the demo for 12 years (my wife's fave Amiga game), we finally got the registered one from EMV 2 years ago History JD |

No, DeluxeGalaga is freeware since ages. Check the Aminet, or EAB threads.

Well, I paid the developer for mine
JD PS - when I paid, the site admin told me I had been using Galaga illegaly for years - I don't think they consider it freeware. Of course, one could always ask... Last edited by JohnnyD; 20 May 2010 at 20:07. |

Strange attitude, since this is Edgar's current game (and thb far superior to DG). Anyway, your decision.
