Floppy disk Beyond Dark Castle and Elvira 2

Hello,
I have been desperately searching for ADF versions of Beyond Dark Castle. I am also searching for an ADF version of Elvira 2: The Jaws of Cerberus, that does not require the code wheel to use.

Any help would be immensely appreciated!!!

Hello and welcome to EAB

You can get the Elvira 2 ADFs from here, you'll need to scroll down a fair bit and there are several different versions but they are there.

Not sure about Beyond Dark Castle though...

Hello Delekhan5,

As Graham said, welcome to EAB

I've uploaded extended .ADFs of Beyond Dark Castle to The Zone! for you

Note that these can only be used in WinUAE though and not on a real Amiga...

To gain access to The Zone! follow these instructions: How do I get access to the zone?.

Thanks!

Yay! Thanks, you really made my day, seriously. I know it sounds lame but I have been seeking the BDC ADF's for the longest time. This is a great community, I look forward to being a part of it.

You guys rock!

The Elvira 2 ADF's appear to be uncracked... when I try to enter the code, it says it's incorrect and kicks me out. Do you know if there is a completely cracked version of Elvira 2 in ADF?

Have you grabbed the Skid Row (cr SKR) version? This is probably the working Disk 1:

Elvira 2 - The Jaws of Cerberus (1992)(HorrorSoft)[cr Skid Row][a](Disk 1 of 7)

Anyway, i've uploaded a hopefully working version into the Zone.

I've used the skid row version and the spanish version. Both work initially, but once you advance to level 3 or so, the crack stops working, and the code wheel is required. grr!!

I'll try your version to see if it's different or updated. Will let you know.

There's a cracked table01 file on Disk 1 that needs to be copied to the rest of the disks. It might be in a subfolder, IIRC.

Given the issues with .ZIP files being uploaded to The Zone!, do you think it would be possible to WinRAR and re-upload dlfr?

Maybe the ZIP was created using MAXIMUM compression in WinRAR; this is no good idea, as WinRAR itself does warn explicitly about the compatibility problems that may arise from this.

Sorry to necro post this - I'm looking for a Beyond Dark Castle ADF as well - any chance this could be readded to the Zone? I understand files can only be in there for a week or so.

Would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi DarkArmada and welcome to EAB

Have a look on the EAB file server (http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=43633) in the folder 'Games/Zoned Games'.
