Hi

Is there a way to change fonts? The game i'm trying to play has one font that's far too big to display properly.

There is no generic method, it usually is game specific.

That looks like a bug in the game to me, most likely cracked in some way.

...or maybe missing a font that the game requires so uses a default instead (and blows up in size)?

if the game is indeed Euro League Manager then the problem may be fixable.
it comes on standard dos filesystem, with fonts folder - 10 or so fonts included.
but i cannot recognize the big font.
which version do you use, whdload version or another hd-install ?
or just playing with the floppy disks? maybe a different game as guessed above?

you could do a search on the ftp - there might be another version you can try first.

That's an AMOS cursor, isn't it?

AMOS accesses fonts by a number, which is generated rather randomly from the addition date of fonts to the disk. So if your program requests font #14, and you're not using the original disk, chances are that you're getting a totally different font.

in case of Euro League Manager - I had a look at the game exe - packed with powerpacker 3.
there you can read Times.Font franklin.font diamond.font. these are also the 3 fonts with the bigger fontsizes.

#1) GordonM is looking for one of his games, i think: European Player Manager.
put it into the zone, so we can take a look.

True, I've seen that myself in my own game, when the font I made for it is missing.
