Phew, it's done!!!

Completed last night at 2:30am... took 30 hours and 40 minutes to upload

Oh my gosh. I know a lot of people here in Australia complain about our National Broadband Network, but I know it wouldn't take me anywhere near that long, and I live in rural Tasmania...

Really? My parent's connection in Sydney is much slower than this...

I mean, it is 11.5GB that I had to upload to a file hosting website and it was running at roughly 110KB/s...

I don't get much more when uploading to EAB File server either... my connection is ADSL and not cable due to where I live in London.

Anyway, enough off topic please. It took what it took and it's done...

In any case, I am truely grateful you have the patience to upload such a big file, and I think we can all be thankful the days of 28.8k modems being the fastest available are long behind us now...

A speed test I just did here:

So unless I'm reading this totally wrong, according to this calculator - http://www.meridianoutpost.com/resou...nload-time.php - it would take me just under 3 hours to upload 11.5GB. But perhaps I'm reading that totally wrong, and it would take much longer for me, wouldn't be the first time I was very wrong and I doubt it would be the last either.

But, as has been said, that's assuming that you can upload at the maximum speed your connection can handle, it's quite often that we can't get anywhere near our potential upload speed, for various reasons.

As I say, in any case, I am truly thankful for all your work on this and for having the patience to upload such big files.

I know I'm a year too late in saying something, but what a finely tuned engine this project has become, DD watches every game meticulously to make sure it runs at its optimum level, a tweak here and a tweak there just to make sure all is good, not many people would have the patience and dedication to do this, so how lucky are we to have a member like him! Well done DD from all of us ;-)

I have all 20 updates sitting in a special folder named "DamienD's Ultimate Collection", but still would love to have the updated pack for tidiness

Given the news that earok has released the final, final version of Time Gal v1.3c, I've updated the .HDF in my collection again

So, please just do the following:

Download the file "Time Gal AGA v1.3C HDF.rar" from the EAB File Server under the directory "~Uploads/DamienD/HDFs".
Extract into "C:\WinUAE\Games\Time Gal AGA".

I'd already added all Arcadia ROMs into the "C:\WinUAE\ROMs" directory ages and ages ago; so no need

They just needed to be configured / setup.
