EDIT: Anyway, I think I'll give my standard answer to this: How about you make a port from those sources if you're so keen on seeing it done? Last edited by britelite; 30 May 2018 at 08:51. |

Hello. Since FAST RAM for CD32 is easily available, could somebody change the size of the window in Wolf3D. With FAST RAM and Akiko could we go full screen on this port? Or maybe somebody will give an option to choose a size of a game window?

There is a port of Wolf3D that uses full view port in AGA here:
http://www.indieretronews.com/2015/1...-3d-amiga.html I've tested and it works great in WinUAE except you cannot have music and sound FX at the same time. But otherwise, runs really good with cycle exact settings. |

1. Does it support Akiko?
2. Is it able to take advantage of fast ram? Many CD32's have been upgraded using the TF328 to 8MB of memory.... |

I don't really have time to look into a new attempt at Wolfenstein for CD32 myself but I've got a wishlist for anyone who does.
1. Akiko support (obviously - if the AmiWolf port is system friendly it may be Akiko capable already. Otherwise PatchChunky on Aminet - http://aminet.net/package/util/boot/PatchChunky11 - might do the trick) 2. CD audio support - either to use straight dumps of the DOS version, or the bespoke 3DO soundtrack. That way you could easily have music and SFX simultaneously. 3. NVRAM saving (obviously saving the entire game state is out of the question. But just the score, ammo, health, lives, guns at the start of the level etc would be a life saver) |
