You're using LHA to open an LZX file.
You need LZX for LZX |

The magic box isn't used for resurrection. Place it in a characters right hand and use it to see what it can do. |

You can find it on Aminet, with public keyfile. EDIT: damn, already answered, and several times - missed the next page... EDIT2: the dungeon you're playing has only one character from now - this will change in the future. Some places are tougher than others and if one becomes too difficult, then you may consider leaving it for now and going elsewhere - note that this applies for most of the dungeons here Last edited by meynaf; 10 March 2011 at 10:08. |

I got beaten
Maybe 15 years agoo i would have invest much more time to solve it. I would probably have dressed a map or use objects to put on ground to help me recognize places, and then eventually beat it. But nowadays i just feel i don't want to put to much time in such "old" games, when i still have lots of xbox 360 games or PC games to finish.. Or maybe i just got to lazy |

Did you test my game ? (see my signature)
I think people overall just got to lazy nowadays, because there are to much games, to much choices, less interest in older games. Yesterday I tought about just stopping my QON project and to get over to some much easier directX PC programming, i would probably find a lot more interest from other people as well, a ton more even, and maybe i could even get something done that would bring me some income , who knows.. I guess i'm one of these lazy people now too But i propose you a deal, you play my game and find the room full of over 20 npcs, make a screen shot of it , and post it there to prouve you were there, and i will then play your dungeon and invest as much time as i have to solve it The screen shot has to be taken in game mode, not in editor mode (that would be to easy, to just place yourself in the room ). You need to DL the latest version, or that room won't be there. I think my deal is much in your advantage, you would need a TON less time to get in that room, than i probably will need to beat your dungeon |

But i could get to it and i will test your game. However, be awared that i'm quite a nasty bug reporter. You'll end up with a huge report, such as the one i posted on Day of the Tentacle thread. Also, if your room is as easy to find as the training rooms in my main dungeon, i probably won't find it |

between, I think i found your training rooms ( lot of black doors with items/monsters behind some ?), had to restart a new game because i had no more food and my hunger level was empty lol. To find my room is really not hard, you just have to find the right ladder that goes down, and follow the path |

My "main" dungeon is the hard one, not the one you got lost into recently. |

Sorry, i misread your post

To play a different dungeon, move the dungeon.dat file where your previous one is - same dir as the code - and restart the whole game. When loading a saved game, you don't have to care because the dungeon is stored in the save and dungeon.dat isn't loaded. |

Wich one of these is your dungeon ? |

Ok i found them finnaly, the problem was i used "lzx e" to extract them first, and it didn't extract the custom directory. I finnaly tryed with "lzx x", and i didn't see a difference, but i was blind, there was a diff, he created that customdungeons directory i didn't saw first
Will try the ultra hard dungeon in directory D1, wish me luck |
