Yo
I keep getting a "not a valid DOS disk" error when I try to install zeewolf. Is this because I am trying to do it through emulation? I own the original disk. So I was trying to use an unpatched version. I should mention that I have installed the installerNG too ===edit=== did a fresh install and found it was installerng that was causing issues... never mind. @CritAnime:
You shouldn`t use InstallerNG to avoid problems like this in the future. Latest original Installer is available on Aminet ( http://aminet.net/package/util/misc/Installer-43_3 or V44.10 from OS CD). For installing games have a look at Retroplay`s hint. pre-installed WHDLoad games are less complicated. |
