Love the graphics :great The font could use some work though. The 'H' of 'Hidden Garden' looks odd.

As it's too hot outside, I've been busy.
All the notes you collect function and display the correct message, hearts & crosses as well.
Checkpoint marker shows if active (unlike in Duckstroma).
Reloading level removes already collected items by checking variables. I never reloaded a level in Duckstroma, just faded out and moved the camera.

Well, my doubt is whether to keep original soundtrack, create a new one, repurpose the C=64 one or make a mishmash of all - plus i think UltraNarwhal might like to have small size files and more RAM for the game
