A game running too fast on 2.20

In the 2.20 version thread, someone said that some game runs too fast (in a wrong manner). Later I found what he wrote disappeared.
Please make it clear for me.

NewDeli reported it, but apparently it was the same on a real Amiga using WHDLoad, so nothing wrong with 2.2.0.
