Magic Workbench Welcome screen
Hi
sometimes when I reboot my A1200 and the hardisk boots a strange screen popus and says: Magic Workbench "optimized for best Workbench performance" that screen appears sometimes,sometimes not I checked the user-startup and startup-sequence for a line to disable that fuking screen ...but I can't found any strange line can anyone please help me to solve this mystery? how I can disable that welcome screen? |

Try to remove the MagicWB-demon in your startup-sequence/user-startup.

Remove the MWB-Daemon from user-startup. This disables MWB, though.

magicWB-demon is there only to block MagicWB colors and I have removed that line long time ago
still sometimes that screen popus also I deleted from the hardisk the file named magicwb_aga.....which is located on sys: prefs / patterns I assumed that MagicWB utilize that pic file for the welcome screen..but I was wrong How the author did that hack....? it's a mystery I can post my startup-sequence or user-startup...maybe someone can resolve this Last edited by Fabie; 09 January 2010 at 16:13. |
