Help !

guys ive just done something really daft while i was trying to put a a adf on to disc i for got to take the amiga explorer disc out and put the new file on there

i dont know if it can be saved so could someone please upload the floppy in to the zone so i can have a working copy please before i turn my amiga off and lose the lot
