LSD Docs 9 and 41 ????

hello,

I'm searching after lsd docs 9 and 41:

because on all site I have tried on internet, all have same problem explained just after:

lsd docs 9 had 6 files checksum error.
lsd docs 41 had an unknown format for the .adf itself (the disk doesn't work).

thanks in advance.

Both in the zone - I copied all files off the disks without any problem to verify they work.

hello,

Thanks a lot for putting the files into the Zone. I have of course downloaded them.

I have downloaded all lsd docs disk and decompact them (around 90mo in my HD). there is 20 disks (the 20 firsts) to rename with good names (my actual work). I would like to do something for the amiga users with all the datas (aminet or personnal site ??, classified by LSD Docs number or manual letter A to Z ??, cheat part archive and program data (asembly,c,..) archive ??. I don't know untill now (not really thinking).

I search after volunteers to do that for looms disks or sprint disks for helping me (one drawer by disk and clear name for all files). don't know when I Could finish this work.

bye

You're SO right, mrodfr.

There's HEAPS of LSD disks with checksum errors.
Could you please check if your Sprint 13 disk works 100%?

EAB's trusty companion from the first second, Khephren, now apparently absent for more than 2 years, had upped a version of LSD Sprint 13. But this was unfortunately not 100%, and the other TOSEC copies were all clones of the buggy version.

(BTW: I had requested this in summer of 2001, here's the old thread from 5 years ago! )

Yes, I know.

[edit] OK, found some bad header keys with libraries (powerpacker.library!!), but the files themselves appear correctly. A 100% version could maybe be possible to accomplish. (weekend )

hello,

that mean the second part of my answer was finally verry important

I have now all lsd docs and sprint docs decompacted in my HD. all disks with 1,2,3,.,.,.. are renamed correclty now. now need to put all A gamein A dir,.... and do a main guide for each letter with d2g and after if aminet want, I will put all on aminet.

there is no other docs disks made by someone else during the greatly amiga time ??? loom disk had a loom header and some code behing each file beginning with disk number 2).

There are other docs disks (apart from the LSD ones) - eg. I think there were ACU docs disks. I'll have a look and see what I've got later.

hello,

thanks for sending the list of disks you have.

I have made some search with google and found most of them in planetemu site for download.

maybe if I had free time (and completely crazy), I'll also take the datas of some disks on the planetemu site and add in the A to Z archive of amiga docs I would like to put together (more or less soon don't know because soon good weather and summer).
