"Leitung zum Rechner" = wire/connection to the computer
"Rot" = red
"Schalter bei Bedarf" = optional switch
"Grün" = green
"Prozessor" = processor/CPU
"Tastatur" = keyboard
Text below the picture: "make sure the polarity of the diode is correct"
("this reset switch is very useful bla bla.." snipped)
Connect Reset and GND with a push-button. The all-purpose diode (1N 4148) is required to prevent the negative potential reaching the keyboard (without the diode, the keybord will get damaged). Make sure that the diode's cathode (indicated by a dash/line) points to the keyboard.
("you can place it anywhere, solder one end of the push-button to the red wire blah blah" snipped).
