German translation or alternate guide

Could anyone loosely translate the main points in the text and this diagram for me or does anyone have a similar guide in english?

edit: sorry for those who can't read german its an A500 resert button/switch

Here it is (note that they do not explain what the optional switch could be good for):

1st picture:

"Leitung zum Rechner" = wire/connection to the computer
"Rot" = red
"Taster"= button/switch
"Schalter bei Bedarf" = optional switch
"Grün" = green
"Prozessor" = processor/CPU
"Tastatur" = keyboard

Text below the picture: "make sure the polarity of the diode is correct"

2nd picture:

Connect Reset and GND with a push-button. The all-purpose diode (1N 4148) is required to prevent the negative potential reaching the keyboard (without the diode, the keybord will get damaged). Make sure that the diode's cathode (indicated by a dash/line) points to the keyboard.
